Origin

How it started.

Black Swan didn't start as a venture studio — it started as a design and marketing practice, doing employer branding and creative work. What it revealed was a sharper thesis: the hardest, most valuable problem in every company was the same one — getting in front of the right buyer. That thesis became the studio's spine. Everything now built under Black Swan Ventures — sales infrastructure, GTM systems, talent training, automation — descends from that one discipline: sales is the core, everything else compounds around it.
